Bamboo Dreams Photography LLC (hereinafter “the Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”).

This Policy governs your access to and use of www.bamboodreamsphotography.com (hereinafter “the Website”), including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Website.

When accessing the Website, the Company will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions, you may take during your visit. This policy applies to information collected on the Website and via any electronic messages between you and the Website.  Please read this entire Policy carefully before you start to use the Website. When you access the Website, the Company will learn certain information about you during your visit, including any information provided by you via the voluntary Contact Form.   The information you provide through the Website is used by the Company to deliver the requested product and/or service, to improve the Company’s overall customer service and performance, and may be used to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY

As you navigate through the Website, the Company may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. The Company is committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential.  The Company does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose any such information to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information.
